Land borders will remain closed.<br \/>\nLimited flights to Belize\u00a0will be available from \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.united.com\/en\/us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">United Airlines<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aa.com\/homePage.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">American Airlines<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delta.com\/\">Delta<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>BAHAMAS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The Bahamian government has confirmed multiple cases of COVID-19 in The Bahamas.<\/li>\n<li>Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, entry requirements for The Bahamas are subject to change at any time.<\/li>\n<li>Restrictions and regulations can change without notice; before traveling carefully review the guidance directly from the Bahamian government at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/opm.gov.bs\/\">Office of the Prime Minister\u2019s webpage<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/opmbs\/\">Facebook page<\/a>, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bahamas.com\/tourism-reopening\">Bahamas tourism page<\/a>\u00a0(and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bahamas.com\/bahamas-tourism-reopening-faq\">that page\u2019s FAQs<\/a>), and your travel vendors (airlines, hotels, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Entry and Exit Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are U.S. citizens permitted to enter? YES\n<ul>\n<li>Before traveling, each traveler must go to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/travel.gov.bs\/\">travel.gov.bs<\/a>, select \u201cInternational,\u201d and submit a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/travel.gov.bs\/international\">Travel Health Visa Application<\/a>. The application will require a negative RT PCR nasal swab COVID-19 test result (see below).<\/li>\n<li>Applications take up to 72 hours to process, after which each traveler will receive a confirmation that their application has been approved.<\/li>\n<li>Each traveler must present their final confirmation document upon arrival in The Bahamas.<\/li>\n<li>14 DAY QUARANTINE****<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>HAWAII<\/h4>\n<p>Hawaii reopened to U.S. travelers on Oct. 15.<\/p>\n<p>As of this time of publication, international travelers from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/travelers\/from-other-countries.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CDC-prohibited countries<\/a>\u00a0are still banned from entering Hawaii. That said, Hawaii is reportedly in talks with Japan to develop a reopening plan for travelers.<\/p>\n<p>The state has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/governor.hawaii.gov\/newsroom\/latest-news\/governors-office-news-release-gov-ige-announces-new-leadership-team-and-realignment-of-covid-19-efforts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">launched a<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaiitourismauthority.org\/covid-19-updates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pre-travel testing program<\/a>, which requires all visitors to take a nucleic acid amplification test, such as a PCR test, from an approved testing partner no more than 72 hours before departure to Hawaii. However, not every island in Hawaii has the same rules once you arrive.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>MEXICO<\/h4>\n<p>Open for air travel only as of October 21. Land borders remain closed.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>PUERTO RICO<\/h4>\n<p>Open as of September 12, 2020.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>COSTA RICA<\/h4>\n<p>As of November 1, U.S. citizen tourists for all 50 states and Washington D.C. may enter Costa Rica on flights departing from the United States.\u00a0 U.S. citizen tourists from these states wishing to enter Costa Rica must complete a digital epidemiological health pass, obtain a negative PCR-RT coronavirus test taken within 72 hours of their departure from the United States, and purchase travel insurance that covers accommodation in case of quarantine and medical expenses due to COVID-19.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>CUBA<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The Ministry of Tourism in Cuba has confirmed that Havana International Airport continues to be shut down with airport reopening to be anticipated for the beginning of November, 2020. Airlines flying into Havana such as American Airlines (Miami International Airport) has opened up bookings to Havana starting November, 2020.
